This logistics facility was located directly adjacent to the Port of Brisbane stevedoring operations approximately 25km north east of the Brisbane CBD.


The warehouse accommodation comprised of a steel portal framed building with an internal clearance of 14 metres, 19 roller shutter doors plus 5 recessed docks. The warehouse and awning was fully EFSR sprinklered. Other improvements include secure perimeter fencing, off street parking for 228 cars and driveways that provided full B-Double drive around and drive through access.


The GLA of 27,210 sqm comprised of 25,200 sqm warehouse, 1,100 sqm office, 910 sqm truck wash bay, with a site area of 8.177 ha and hardstand of 30,195 sqm. The asset had secured gatehouse access.


Tenant was Australian Container Freight Services (ACFS). ACFS is the largest privately owned Container Logistics operator in Australia, moving over 350,000 TEU annually.
