Barings Real Estate Australia has a team of 48 professionals managing a A$5.4 billion# portfolio of 44+ assets, circa 790,000sqm of NLA, 1.81 million sqm of leased land and 565 apartments with a further 1,600 in planning and development phases.

 

Barings Real Estate Australia has extensive experience and expertise in industrial, office, warehouse retail, residential and other specialist real estate sectors across the risk spectrum including core, value-add and development activities.

 

Our investor clients include domestic and off-shore pension funds, institutional and high net worth investors/private family offices.
