The property had excellent access to major arterial routes, including the Cumberland Highway, Great Western Highway, M4 and M7 Motorway and was surrounded by major industrial users such as DHL, Visy, Coca Cola and National Foods.

Situated on a 36,830sqm site, the asset comprised of a 12,278sqm island cross dock warehouse building with 55 docks, a 1,037sqm free standing office building, 170sqm gate house and a large amount of hardstand for truck marshalling.

Constructed in 1994, the building was fully leased on a long term basis to the transport and logistics provider COPE Sensitive Freight.
