Altis Property Partners is now Barings
We would like to advise you that Altis Property Partners is now Barings, following the announcement of the acquisition in August 2022.
This acquisition presents an opportunity for growth and significantly expands our presence in Asia Pacific, broadening our investment capabilities in the region. As a reminder, all of the Altis team have been retained as Barings looks to further develop its real estate business in Asia Pacific. This includes a long-term plan to expand the business through both organic and inorganic growth, and to build local expertise while leveraging the support of Barings’ global real estate platform.
