Huntingwood is part of the M4/M7 industrial precinct and is considered a prime industrial location with large logistics operations for Toll, BOC, Metcash and Linfox nearby.
The property was an A Grade industrial facility completed by Barings Real Estate Australia in early 2013 on a long term pre-lease to specialist logistics operator BagTrans.
