The facility was close to major transport routes including the M4 and M5 Motorways and the Hume Highway.
The warehouse had an internal clearance of 11 metres and was fully ESFR sprinklered. The asset was on a 3.994Ha site and had a total GLA of 15,845sqm comprising 13,522sqm of warehouse, 2,323 sqm of modern office and a 2,436sqm awning which provided loading cover.
