34 Airds Road Minto was located in the Minto industrial area in Sydney’s southwest, close to the access ramps of the M5 Motorway and the Federal highway opposite Minto station and the Macarthur Intermodal Shipping Terminal.

The asset was a 24,000sqm high clearance EFSR sprinklered warehouse and manufacturing facility.

The building was occupied by global carpet manufacturer, Interface, on a long term lease.
