3 Distillers Place was a 8,962sqm freestanding warehouse and office building located in the well-established western Sydney industrial precinct of Huntingwood.

The asset was surrounded by other high quality distribution and warehouse properties with access to the major arterial routes including the M4 and M7 Motorways and the Great Western Highway. DHL, Arnotts, K-Mart, Linfox, Sony, Sharp, Toll and Schweppes also used the location for warehousing.

The asset comprised of a 2,100sqm two level office and a 6,862sqm high clearance warehouse, with multiple on grade roller door entries, three gantry cranes, awning areas, and extensive hardstand with parking for 105 cars.

Constructed in 1999, the building was fully leased to truck and bus refrigeration specialist Transport Refrigeration Services (TRS).
