Property Overview

Located in the established industrial precinct of Mount Druitt, 114 Kurrajong Avenue & 9 Coventry Place had excellent access to major transport arterial routes, being in close proximity to the Great Western Highway, The M4 motorway and M7 motorway.

The property was a 47,800sqm industrial site that comprised of three modern freestanding warehouse and office buildings with a total area of 18,136sqm.

Buildings 1, 2 and 3 were modern high clearance warehouse facilities with multiple on grade roller doors, ample truck marshalling hardstand and awning areas. Building 2 was fitted with an ESFR sprinkler system, included an awning area of 910sqm and full drive around access. Additional land parcels also provided expansion potential.

Buildings 1 and 2 were leased on a long term basis to Yates, while Building 3 was leased to Ancon Building Products.
