- Shaun is one of the founders of Altis and has over 39 years of experience in real estate development and investment in both private and listed companies. His responsibilities include acquisitions of real estate, due diligence, implementation, delivery and strategy.
- Prior to establishing Altis in 2008, Shaun was a Director and Principal of ICA Property Group, a private real estate development and investment management company, where he was responsible for all real estate investments and development. Prior to this, he was the CEO of Real Estate Development at Valad Property Group, where he was responsible for the development of real estate in all sectors of Australia.
- Shaun is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute.

- Alastair Wright serves as the Head of APAC Real Estate for Barings. He has overall responsibility for the real estate business in Australia and APAC.
- Alastair has over 30 years of experience in investment management in real estate debt and equity, operations, finance and accounting. He is one of the founders of the Altis business and worked collaboratively with the other 3 founders to grow and manage the business. His primary responsibility at Altis was the business operations including finance, accounting, compliance, legal and investment management. In addition he was involved in other aspects of the business including asset management, development management and capital transactions.
- Prior to establishing Altis in 2008, Alastair was the Investment Manager for the ICA Property Development Funds series at ICA Property Group and Valad. Prior to this, he held a variety of positions at Macquarie Bank and PricewaterhouseCoopers, including Investment Management, Portfolio Management across real estate debt and equity, finance, risk, compliance, and audit.
- Alastair holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto in Canada and is a Chartered Accountant.
