Welcome to our new Melbourne Office

We are delighted to share the opening of our new office at t 80 Collins Street, Melbourne. After establishing a presence in Melbourne in July 2020, we are now excited to move into our new office with a view!

The team were joined by our valued real estate partners who have helped contribute to our success over the years.

Today the Barings Australia Real Estate team comprises over 50 professionals and the Australian real estate platform has approx. A$7B AUM across the industrial, office, warehouse retail, aviation, tourism, mixed use, residential and retirement sectors. Investments in Australia play to the teams’ strengths to originate and execute predominantly core plus, value add, development and real estate debt strategies.

Barings RE Australia partners with a number of domestic super funds in addition to top tier global institutional capital partners through separate account mandates and our series of pooled funds.
