Barings Women in Property – Connection starts with us

On Wednesday 20^th March, Barings hosted a “Women in Property” event in Sydney at Social Dining with 140 professionals across varying asset classes and disciplines.

As part of our commitment to promoting diversity in real estate and inspired by the 2024 International Women’s Day theme ‘Inspire Inclusion’, the event aimed to attract and enhance environments of inclusion for women in the industry. Whilst we still have more work to do, the evening celebrated the efforts, progress, and acknowledged the opportunity to enhance outcomes for our workplaces and our projects.

It was a wonderful night of connection, rich conversation, shared experiences and great company.
