Aware, Altis Property Partners pay $121m for The Mastery Waterloo

Altis Property Partners, a Barings Company, together with our JV partner Aware Real Estate confirms the exchange of contracts for 44-48 O’Dea Street, Waterloo, in a deal which will unlock a new affordable housing stock in one of Sydney’s most desirable inner suburbs.

This off-market opportunity to acquire a well-located residential development site of 16,921sqm in the Sydney inner-city suburb of Waterloo, adds to Aware Real Estate’s $2bn portfolio of industrial, office and residential assets, and is growing its operations further with c. $3bn of developments in the pipeline.
