Altis welcomes Samsung and Yatsal to Altitude Industrial Estate, Bankstown Airport

Samsung SDS, one of the world’s largest logistics operators owned by the global electronics producer Samsung, and Yatsal Distributors, a leading variety wholesaler and distributor, are the latest in a string of logistics businesses to have secured new facilities at an Aware Super-owned industrial precinct at Aeria in South West Sydney. Samsung SDS has committed to a 26,041 sqm facility over a 5-year lease and Yatsal Ditributors has committed to 18,445 sqm facility across a 7-year lease at Altitude.

Since securing Beijer Ref as the first tenant in December 2020, Altitude has experienced rental growth of up to 120% and now boasts Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, Allied Express, eStore Logistics and Sydney Freezers as tenants. Featuring 164,551 sqm of best-in-class warehousing and office accommodation across the 46-hectare estate, there is now only one building left to lease in the entire estate.

“Joseph Ajaka, Project Director at Altis Property Partners said:

“We’re delighted to secure both Samsung and Yatsal at Altitude. Due to its prime location, the precinct has seen unprecedented demand since its launch in December 2020 and there is only one facility remaining for lease.”

The final remaining facility at Altitude, Building 4B, features 14,615 sqm of institutional grade office and warehouse space and will be available from June 2023. Contact Philip Grech M: 0424 613 115 for more information.
