Topping Out of the Zetland Build-to-Rent Project

Barings was proud to celebrate the topping out of the Zetland Build-to-Rent project in Sydney this week — a major development milestone.

The completion of the building’s structural framework brings us one step closer in delivering 135 high-quality BTR apartments at 860-898 Bourke Street supported by outstanding resident amenities including a gym, co-working space, rooftop BBQ area, and communal lounge.

Owned by Aware Super, developed by Barings and built by BINAH, the $80 million development is on track for completion in February 2026. It is part of Aware Super’s $1.5 billion commitment to residential property, with Barings partnering on this vision for over a decade.
