Construction Soon to Commence at The Mastery

Barings is proud to announce that construction is soon to commence at The Mastery, a transformative new precinct located at 44–48 O’Dea Avenue, Waterloo, just north of Green Square in Sydney.

This landmark mixed-use development spans 1.7 hectares and is set to reshape Waterloo’s residential landscape. Designed by a trio of award-winning firms – Koichi Takada Architects, Silvester Fuller, and Plus Architecture, with the PM Neoscape. The site was acquired by Aware Super in September 2023.

The Mastery, Waterloo will deliver:

• 216 apartments across four buildings
• Vibrant ground-floor retail and dining
• New public streets and domain spaces, improving connectivity and linking to the future Waterloo Metro

The team are excited to have appointed DASCO Australia as the construction partner for Buildings A, B, D and E, with documentation works under way. Physical works on site are due to commence in July with the project scheduled for completion in early 2027.

This is a significant milestone in collaboration with an incredible team of project partners.
