SSDA approved at Luddenham Industrial Estate

We are pleased to announce that State Significant Development Approval (SSDA) has been granted for our new premium industrial estate at Luddenham, owned by Aware Real Estate and developed in partnership with Barings.

This approval marks a significant milestone as it is the first of its kind in the area. The $139 million warehousing estate is located in the heart of the Western Sydney Aerotropolis. Backed by the Minns Government, this development will support the growth of logistics, manufacturing, and advanced industries in one of Australia’s emerging economic hubs.

Key features of the estate include:

19.4 hectares of premium industrial land
63,500+ sqm across 7 buildings
390 construction jobs + 250 ongoing roles
Warehouses ranging from 1,000 to 30,000 sqm
Onsite café, offices, open space, landscaping, and key infrastructure

This approval is part of a broader $1 billion public investment in the Bradfield City Centre, which is set to unlock billions in private development and result in significant job creation.
